Justin celebrates 10 years with Hawaii Performing Arts Festival

In August 2025, Dr. Justin John Moniz proudly celebrates a decade with Hawai‘i Performing Arts Festival. Over the past ten years, he has expanded programming, doubled student enrollment, launched community outreach initiatives, and secured vital funding to support young artists from around the world. As Executive Director, Dr. Moniz continues to champion HPAF’s mission to train the next generation of performers while enriching the cultural life of Hawai‘i Island.
