Justin serves as a mentor and artistic advisor to artists working across performance, academia, and arts leadership. He is Associate Editor of the Journal of Singing, where his work focuses on bridging research and studio practice in vocal pedagogy. His mentees have built careers as performers, professors, administrators, and published scholars, with faculty appointments at institutions including New York University, Temple University, Syracuse University, and AMDA, and publications in leading journals such as the Journal of Singing and Voice and Speech Review.
Recognized by the Yamaha Corporation for his structured and results-driven approach, Justin’s mentorship emphasizes long-term career strategy, scholarly engagement, and sustainable artistic development.
